Humanity Protocol is excited to announce its testnet. The testnet is gasless, meaning that it is easy to interact with, and it will precede our mainnet launch in early 2025.

The first testnet phase is complete but still live, allowing users to secure their Human ID. They can also refer others to join the network using their Human ID as a referral ID. This way, they will earn 50% bonus for any testnet rewards you'll be earning. To learn more, visit Testnet Rewards.

The second testnet phase is now live! Users can now verify their humanity via palm scans using our mobile app.

Palm Verification Enrollment

To enroll and scan your palm:

  1. Login to your testnet dashboard at testnet.humanity.org
  2. Click the palm verification button on your dashboard
  3. Scan the QR code with your phone to download and connect the app
  4. Complete verification through the mobile app

We will also announce upcoming in-person events where Humanity Scanners are available.

Those who are fully enrolled will be able to transition into the mainnet using their Human ID. While Humanity Scanners will initially be available only at in-person crypto events prior to the mainnet launch. However, after the mainnet launch, many will be distributed to enable people to fully enroll their palms. We will provide more information about how you can purchase Humanity Scanners in the coming weeks.

Once the app is installed, users scan their palm using their smartphone, linking the palm to their Human ID on the Humanity Protocol blockchain. This credential proves their unique human identity, allowing for secure access to Web3 applications such as Airdrops to only humans.
